Are estimates free?

We do not offer free estimates. Because every property and project is different, we provide estimates only after an in-person visit. This allows us to fully understand the scope of the work and give you the most accurate pricing possible. We believe in transparency and quality, and that starts with a proper on-site evaluation.

I work during the week. Do you do estimates on weekends?

We’re typically closed on weekends, but in some cases, we can accommodate weekend estimate appointments depending on the size and nature of the project. If weekdays don’t work for you, let us know your availability and we’ll do our best to find a time that works.

Do you provide design services, or do I need to hire an architect separately?

Yes, we provide full design and installation services, so we can take your project from concept to completion without the need to hire a separate architect. Our team is experienced in creating customized outdoor spaces that are both functional and beautiful. However, if you already have an architect or designer you prefer to work with, we’re happy to collaborate with them to bring your vision to life.

How do I start a project?

Getting started is easy—just contact us! We’ll schedule a convenient time to visit your property for an on-site consultation. During this visit, we’ll discuss your goals, take measurements, and evaluate the space to better understand your needs. From there, we’ll provide a detailed estimate and plan to move your project forward.

How does billing and payment work?

We require a 50% deposit upfront to secure your project and cover initial materials and preparation. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the work. This ensures a smooth process and allows us to maintain the high quality and reliability our customers expect.

How do you ensure project quality and safety?
